Interesting article. If this article is accurate it is staggering to think that 84 percent of the 1.05 Billion dollars already handed out in grants has gone to European companies. The article stated it was an estimate of 4,500 overseas jobs that were created for the manufacture of turbines. Are these turbines being shipped over here to the USA or are they being manufactured for Europeans? This leaves more questions. It appears to me that way to much money is being tossed about by government servants that need to be more accountable to the people who work hard to produce that money.
We need more accountability in the government.
