Gas Leak in Downtown Ortonville Empty
PostSubject: Gas Leak in Downtown Ortonville   Gas Leak in Downtown Ortonville Icon_minitimeWed Mar 10, 2010 10:48 pm

If you happened to be in Ortonville today around noon you would have seen Fire Trucks and Emergency vehicles.

It has been reported that Curt Johnson's building developed a gas leak (second one in about a year) and buildings around his were evacuated.

Hope Mr. Johnson takes care of the problem this time before someone gets hurt.

Gas Leak in Downtown Ortonville Icon_scratch I heard it was a pipe behind his building. And I agree. I smelt it around 8 am and when a friend of mine asked the police about it he said he thought it was the caps at the overflow and when told we thought it was a gas leak he was like ohhh noo. well look we were right. And another question i have is if there is a gas leak there is a chance it could expolde right well then why didnt they expand the evacuation to the other side of the street i am sorry but if it exploded it would have not stopped at the yellow line.
