I have heard this as a rumor from several sources, but can find nothing concrete.
Does anyone have any concrete info on this?
The Fehr's were the people who were connected with applying for a permit for a 5,000 cow dairy in Grant County a couple of years ago.

I find it hard to believe, as who could afford to buy them?

Maybe people were confusing Fehrs with the Veblen dairy.

Riverview Farms websites looks like it is still in the dairy business.

I see on the Internet they bought a bunch of land by O'Neill, Nebraska, last year.

The December 27, 2010 issue of Agweek has a detailed story about Riverview Farms.

i would doubt anyone would buy them, you would have to have half a billion dollars and i doubt anyone or a group of people around here have that. not even valley queen could buy them
