I made this for work last week. Yummy! It makes about about 20-24 slices (depending how how thick you slice it). I like QUICK & EASY and this was! Chef

Bundt Coffee Cake

1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 c. pecans

Strudel
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. pecans
2 tsp. Cinnamon

Mix together: cake mix, pudding, oil, water, and vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. Then beat mixture 6 minutes on high speed. Butter bundt pan and cover bottom with 1/2 cup pecans. Layer 1/3 batter and 1/3 streusel mix until all used. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 8 minutes then drizzle icing.

ICING
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
