Big Stone Lake Area Baseball Association urges business support!

To: Big Stone Lake Area Businesses

Area businesses have an excellent opportunity to get valuable advertising, while at the same time providing support to our baseball programs, the Ortonville Public School, and the Big Stone Lake Area Baseball Association. The following spaces on the baseball field outfield fence are available for placement of advertising:

Sizes: 8' X 8' 8' X 16'

Cost of banner {Material only; does not include advertising}: @$100 @$175
Annual fee to place banner on outfield fence: $150 $265

Each advertiser will be responsible for the initial cost of the banner and the advertising language/logo that will be placed upon it. The banners are of good quality material and should last for approximately five to seven years under normal conditions.
Banners and the advertising placed thereon may be obtained from R -Graphix, Ortonville. They are co-located in the same building as Hill Motors on Highway 75 and can be reached at 839- 3840. Call Dave Dinnel at 839-6226 if you want assistance with this.
Banners should be ordered sufficiently in advance to have ready for the beginning of the 2009 season, preferably no later than January 15th, 2009.
Banners will be taken down at the end of each baseball season. Advertisers have the option of storing their own banner or having it stored by the Association.
Advertising commitment will be on a year-to-year basis.
Payment for each year's advertising shall be made in advance, upon receipt of an invoice from the Association.
All proceeds from the sale-of advertising will go directly into maintenance, upkeep, and improvements to the high school baseball field and its associated equipment. Nothing will be kepi by the Association for any other purpose.
