Hot Cheese Dip
2 cans Campbell's Cheddar Soup 2 lb Velveeta Cheese 1 1/2 cup chunky salsa 1 lb hot Italian sausage 1 lb hamburger
Cook hamburger, drain. Cook sausage, drain. Melt soup and Velveeta over medium heat, add salsa and cooked meat. Mix together. Serve hot with tortilla chips. .. I made HALF of this recipe -- and used less (about 1/4 lb) of Velveeta along with about 1 1/2 cups of grated cheddar cheese instead. Half of the recipe fit into a smaller crock pot just fine. This was very tasty! ..
