Ranch Pasta Salad

3 cups uncooked tri-color spiral pasta
1 cup fresh broccoli florets
3/4 cup chopped, seeded and peeled cucumber
1/2 cup chopped, seeded tomato
1 bottle (8 oz) ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

Cook pasta per directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Combine veggies with pasta. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

8 servings
***
You could add other items such as chopped pepperoni and/or black olives.

Not the basic recipe. We came up with the additional ideas should we want to change it up a bit.

It was very good!
