Phone scam targets grandparents

Number of posts : Age : Job/hobbies : Registration date : 2008-05-16 A week or two ago I read about a scam that involves calling senior citizens and posing as a grandson and convinces the grandparent to wire them money. Today one of MY relatives received such a call. Fortunately they did not send any money. In the future when I hear about these scams I wll be sure to tell others about it.

If we all keep alert and share scams we hear about it will be safer for us all.
