Election day is upon us!

I wanted to reach out and say thank you to all of you that have sent me an e-mail, called me, stopped me on the street, or responded to me on this forum. I have received an over-whelming amount of good wishes and support going into the election tommorrow.
No matter what happens, I pledge to become more involved where I can with the City of Ortonville, I believe that there is light at the end of the tunnel, and I look forward to seeing it with all of you.
Change does not defeat us, it makes us stronger!

I want to thank you for being willing to step out of your private life and to stand before the public by running for city council. After spending the last year closely watching the inner workings of the City of Ortonville I truly appreciate the sacrifice you and your family are willing to make. You are to be congratulated for your selfless attitude.

I wish you well in the election tomorrow and hope that no matter the outcome you will continue to speak out and use this forum to become a leader with a passion for positive effectiveness in bringing about a brighter future for Ortonville and the surrounding area. I believe you have a great opportunity to offer the good people of Ortonville a new hope. It is my hope that you get a chance to do it.
