Three Hennepin County Court Employees, Civil Division, were charged today for illegal use of prescription drugs. The sales were allegedly conducted in the offices of the employees and the drugs included "Oxycodone, Vicodin and Percocet.

The names of the employees charged were:

Patricia J. Russell, 41 of Bloomington, Rachelle A. Johnson, 34, of Elk River, and Michelle A. Kowalski, 29, of North Branch.

It is truly a sad it is truly a bad day to see people in charge of the system committing crimes within the system.
