REP. ANDREW FALK TO HOST TOWN HALL MEETINGS PREVIEWING 2010 SESSION
As the 2010 Legislative Session approaches, State Representative Andrew Falk is seeking input from area residents at several town hall meetings. This session the Minnesota Legislature is again facing a $1.2 billion budget deficit brought on by a slumping job market and the ongoing nationwide recession. Lawmakers will also consider a targeted bonding bill focused on putting Minnesotans back to work.
Rep. Falk is hosting several town hall meetings in the coming weeks to discuss these and other legislative and community issues – including highway noise issues. All area residents are encouraged to attend and share their opinions, questions, and concerns. The schedule of meetings is as follows:
