Hash Brown Casserole

1/2 pound browned ground sausage
1 pound frozen hash
1 small onion, diced
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup

Mix all ingredients in baking dish and top with: 1 sleeve buttery crackers, crushed. (I used Ritz.)
Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
