South Dakota State Pledge:
I pledge loyalty and support to the flag and State of South Dakota,land of sunshine, land of infinite variety.

At the Big Stone City Council Meeting a liquor license was approved for The Big Stone Grind.

The City Council voted not to allow leaf burning as it has been to dry.

The Mayor also commended the BSC Fire Department for their awsome
response time for the last few weeks. There have been several calls lately
and the fire department has been quick to get the job done.
