This is what a fake paypal email looks like.

From PayPal: recent changes in your personal information

Subject You have 24 hours to confirm your Paypal personal information

You can forward this type of email to spoof@paypal.com to report it to paypal.

Paypal will reply back to you in a very short amount of time to let you know that it is a fake and what to do about it.

Here is the reply you get back from the real paypal after you forward the fake email to them.
