| The Milbank Area Chamber of Commerce is looking for backyard cooks to participate in the 5th Annual Q-Fest. There is no entry fee and all meat is provided by the Chamber. There will be 3 different categories for judging. Beef brisket, Pork ribs, and chicken are the three categories. Cash prizes and trophies will be awarded to the top three in each category.
