Big Food vs Big InsurancePop is very detrimental to a persons health but it seems that most everyone drinks it. I can't imagine the soda pop industry rolling over if there was a campaign to discourage people to drink less. As a kid growing up pop was a treat. Not something you had everyday. Now it is a part of the daily diet for many people. It is cheap and so it is heavily consumed. People need to be accountable for their own choices.
Most people know that pop is not good for you. (I don't know of any nutritional value in pop.) Coffee is also not good for you. Coffee consumption has increased since the fancy foo-foo coffee has become popular. People will have to decide what they want. Their tastes buds to be satisfied or health.
The choice is theirs.
