WOW! Who took the photo of the Holiday Gas Station during the blizzard? I think it's amazing! Winter may put a crimp in my travel plans, but it's my favorite time of year. This photo is tops!

Is it possible to get an original print from whomever took it? I realize I could probably print it off the page, but I don't think that would be ethical. I would love to have it enlarged plus mat and frame it.

THX!

Thank you Mary Jo for your compliments. I took the picture. thank you

You are welcome to make a print if you like. It would be best to use the image in the gallery. It is a larger image than the one above. I reduced the image above to get it to fit this post.

It was a beautiful snow. The flakes were large and wet. When I snapped the picture all the flakes came out like white dots. I suppose they reflected the flash on the camera.

This is a beautiful photo! I would never have thought of using the flash to highlight the snowflakes.
You should send this one to The Weather Channel and Weather Underground (wunderground.com). It's MUCH better than most of the ones they have, and it would be fun to see this area "on the map" in the photo caption.
Very cool.
Thanks for posting it.
