Online employment resources for veterans.
As part of the Federal Government’s Veterans’ Recruitment and Employment Strategic Plan, America’s Veteran a federal employment website for Veterans has been launched. This website,
www.fedshirevets.gov, is a source for federal employment information and resources for both Veterans and hiring officials. This website is phase one of an ongoing effort to help the men and women who have served our country in the military, and their families, find employment in the Federal Civil Service.
On the site users will find job search tools, career advice, updates about federal initiatives and links to social networking tools.
In other news.
